    Sunday School:

Adult Sunday School classes are held on a quarter system, with class options changing four times per year. Classes 10:45-11:45am each Sunday. You may visit any class at any time during the quarter. See the bulletin for the current class schedule.

Sonship, a 12-week course developed by Serge, goes a step beyond the Adult Sunday School classes, combining group lecture and small group discussion as it examines our justification and adoption as sons and daughters of God. In a very practical way, this course focuses on what it means to live each day as a child of God. Sonship is designed to help you take some of the glorious theological truths of the gospel—truths that you may know in your head—and apply them to the nitty gritty reality of daily life. You'll find that as the gospel re-makes you, there is greater joy and desire to share the wonderful news of God's lovingkindness with others. Sonship is offered at APC once each year, beginning in January and running for 12 weeks. Additional information about Sonship can be found at Serge.

  • Women's ministry

Women's Ministry at APC seeks to inspire women of all ages to become passionate followers of Christ. Our goal is to CONNECT, ENCOURAGE, and SUPPORT women in order that they may be better equipped to: live according to God's Word, rejoicing in the gospel, and invest in meaningful relationships. Glorify God through serving Him at home, church, and throughout the world. We invite women to pursue a deeper relationship with God so that they will be better equipped for life and service in a way that strengthens and extends the Kingdom as expressed in the mission of Alexandria Presbyterian Church. • Koinonia - Young Adult (20's and 30's)

Alexandria Presbyterian Church's philosophy of ministry to singles is a little different. We don't have the kind of singles ministry you might expect to find, and this is deliberate. We desire to be a church family that worships, socializes and grows together. Just as different generations contribute their gifts and experiences to the body, so do people in different stages of life. Koiniona is a ministry geared toward those in their 20's through to their 30's. They meet monthy for a time of worship to be fed, events to connect, and service projects to give.
